THOMAS COX
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Tom’s interests lie in the details of exterior and interior architecture, interior design, and art curation. His style is eclectic, rich in color, and often leans toward the unexpected. His role involves creative direction and overseeing the overall project vision while working closely with the team on the finer details. He also oversees the day-to-day running of the business and its growth. When he’s not working, you'll find him enjoying the great outdoors with his family and two dogs.

PAMELA COX
FOUNDER & DESIGN DIRECTOR
A British Institute of Interior Design member, Pamela has honed her skills over the past thirty years. She's married to co-founder Nick, and they share four children. She loves interior design, as 'it's the kind of job where you never stop being inspired, seeing new ideas and ways of using them. She likes a home to be a home, beautifully decorated and furnished, but so comfortable you can't wait to return at the end of the day.

NICK COX
FOUNDER & DESIGN DIRECTOR
Nick’s style is eclectic, original and filled with antiques. He specialises in architectural design, spatial planning, landscaping and sympathetic extension work. Past projects have taken him near and far, including townhouses in London and country properties across the UK and overseas. He has a passion for antiques and classic cars and can be found taking country walks with his dogs, Betty and Edith. He says ‘my favourite designer is Ralph Lauren (other than his wife, of course!)’

KATIE COX
PARTNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Kate's been surrounded by an exciting and ever-changing landscape of antiques, fabrics and upholstery for as long as she can remember. This greatly impacted her career choice and passion for all things interiors. Her taste draws influence from the English country house style, folk art and antiques. She loves spending time sourcing unique pieces that add character to her schemes and designing interiors that reflect the taste and personality of her clients and their families.

ALAN JOSEY
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Alan became a part of HÁM in 2023, bringing his experience as a chartered management accountant and seasoned finance director to support Tom in business growth and planning. His main responsibility involves overseeing the company's financial management, including procurement, sales, HR, and accounts. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in developing and refining HÁM's processes and systems.

Stephanie Eldridge
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Steph is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts at HÁM, bringing her expertise in financial systems and IT. Having previously worked for larger corporate companies, she is now enjoying the refreshing change the design world and HÁM offer.

KATHRYN CROSS
INTERIOR ARCHITECT, DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Kathryn holds a degree in Interior Architecture and a master's in Project Management from Oxford Brookes University. In 2010, she joined HÁM, working alongside Nick and the management and build team. Georgian and Dutch architecture's elegance, symmetry and proportions inform her design principles.

EMILY DAVIES
INTERIOR ARCHITECT, DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Emily's passion for design is innate, with many of her family working in the industry. Since joining HÁM in 2015, she's worked in the interior architecture and design team, using the knowledge gained from a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from the University of Portsmouth. She works on spatial planning, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, and electrical plans, as well as liaising with clients, contractors and architects.

NEIL STAFFERTON
INTERIOR ARCHITECT
Neil studied Furniture and Product Design at Nottingham Trent University. From there, his passion for design grew, working for companies of varying disciplines, from graphic and product design to manufacturing, furniture and interior design / architecture. He has now settled on interiors and furniture, where he’s drawn to simple, authentic design and its relationship with people and the environment.

CHIARA DE-LUCA
ARCHITECT (ARB)
Chiara grew up in Italy surrounded by art, beautiful buildings and an artistic mother, which set her on her creative path. She received her Master of Architecture from the University of Catania (Italy) and is an ARB-accredited architect. Her work has taken her to high-end residential and new-build projects in Italy and the U.S.

HANNAH HOLLAND
INTERIOR ARCHITECT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DESIGN CO-ORDINATION
Hannah has worked across multiple design disciplines since completing her BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture & Design from the University of Portsmouth. She likes to be fully involved in the design process – from the initial concepts phase, spatial planning, interior design, and technical drawings to the complete coordination of projects and teams on-site during the construction phase. At HÁM, she oversees design development while managing and coordinating projects and teams.

KATARINA HOLUBOWSKA
INTERIOR ARCHITECT & AUTOCAD TECHNICIAN
Before her move to London, Katarina studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the Bialystok University of Technology in Poland. At HÁM, she supports the interior architecture team, creating drawings and technical specifications for contractors. She can bring a project to life with 3D graphics, helping clients understand a scheme.

Pip Boocock
INTERIOR ARCHITECT/CAD TECHNICIAN
Living in Australia initially sparked Pip's interest in interior design. After returning to England, she completed a BA (Hons) in Interior Design with a first-class qualification from the University of Gloucestershire. Since graduating, she has worked on high-end commercial and residential projects across Southern England, taking them from the initial client brief to design and installation. She has a deep interest in historic homes and interiors that tell the stories of their current residents and those who lived there before.

Meg Hudson
PROJECT ARCHITECT (RIBA ARB)
Meg, a seasoned architect with a Master's Degree from The Bartlett, UCL, joined HÁM in 2023 after spending seven years in London specialising in high-end residential projects at Ben Pentreath Studio. Her experience spans from project conception to completion, and she's particularly passionate about classic and vernacular architecture, antiques, and interior decoration. Meg is keen to collaborate with the HÁM team to expand the studio's architectural scope, ensuring a cohesive interior and exterior design approach.

BENJAMIN ROBB
TECHNICAL PROJECT ARCHITECT (RIBA ARB)
Benjamin, a dedicated architect with a Master's degree in International Architectural Regeneration and Development from Oxford Brookes University, brings extensive experience in heritage and conservation projects. Since graduating in 2008, Benjamin has honed his expertise in high-end residential architecture whilst cultivating a deep interest in traditional building techniques and the use of local materials and skills. Notable projects include the restoration of a Grade 1 listed apartment in Bath's Circus and the sensitive renovation and extension of the 18th-century Hadspen House into the Newt Hotel in Somerset.

AMBER LAWTON
PART II ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
After completing her Degree BSc (Hons) and Masters Degree MArch in Architecture from Cardiff University, Amber discovered a passion for historic buildings and conservation architecture. For the past several years, she has worked on everything from Cotswolds country houses to London townhouses. Amber is also interested in maximalist interior design and bespoke joinery, blending these elements into her projects to create timeless, unique spaces.

GEORGETTE DOMBEY
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Since she can remember, Georgette's ambition has been to become an interior designer. After completing a degree in Interior Architecture and Design at Portsmouth University, she's been living that dream. She works alongside Pamela, Kate and Rhian on interior design, procurement and all things furnishings. She also works closely with the build team, assisting with the creation of 3D visuals and drawings.

RHIAN RICHINGS
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGN CO-ORDINATION & FULFILMENT
Rhian joined HÁM back in 2009 after completing a degree in Interior Design from Bournemouth University. Since an early age, design has been her passion, inspired by DIY programmes she watched as a child. Today her job lets her work on large-scale residential projects, but the best part of her role is - ‘I enjoy being part of such a great interiors team - I’ve worked here for 13 years and feel like part of the family’.

GABBY FLINT
OFFICE MANAGER & STUDIO HÁM
Gabby joined HÁM initially to help support the design and build team. Today, her primary role is managing the smooth running of the office and online store, Studio HÁM. She is fascinated with the eclectic and original artworks that come through our doors.

GEORGE STAPLETON
INTERIOR DESIGN SUPPORT & STUDIO HÁM
With interests in art, furniture and antiques, a career in interiors were inevitable for George. You’ll find him supporting Pamela, Kate, Georgette and Rhian on the interior design side. When he’s not sourcing fabrics and furnishings, he’s assisting in the smooth running of Studio HÁM.

Katie Weller
DESIGN & BUILD ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT
Katie is the Build team's administrative assistant. Holding a National Diploma in Photography, she brings her e-commerce and retail visual merchandising background to the team. At HÁM, Katie ensures the smooth operations of the Build team.

Isobel Ferreira
INTERIOR DESIGN ASSISTANT
Isobel assists the interior design team, eager to learn and grow through the advice and knowledge of her colleagues. When not working, she studies with the British College of Interior Design, refining her style whilst creating fun, detailed, warm spaces.

TIM PAGE
WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER
Tim plays an essential role in the smooth running of HÁM’s daily life. As a busy design studio with many concurrent projects, he carefully oversees the arrival and dispatch of goods, and he’s also tasked with keeping on top of Studio HÁM’s wonderfully eclectic finds. He loves the flexibility his job affords and the relaxed family atmosphere in the studio.

After graduating with an arts degree and her first job at Colefax & Fowler under her belt, Laura joined Homes & Gardens magazine. Now she splits her time between interior pr and the magazine worlds.
